Writer/director Anthony M. Winson’s classy creepfest THE BAYLOCK RESIDENCE is described as a goosebump-inducing haunted house flick and THE CONJURING meets Downton Abbey. It premieres on DVD and Digital this fall from Wild Eye Releasing and today we have the flick's exclusive trailer and poster to share with you guys.

Not only that but we have a handful of new stills for you to peep as well. Check out the exclusive trailer above and the poster and the new stills below and then make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think!

And for those few good men and women out there that weren't sold on the film by that killer quick elevator pitch of THE CONJURING meets DOWNTOWN ABBEY laid out above, more specifically, THE BAYLOCK RESIDENCE begins

After the death of her sister, Patricia inherits her family’s estate and soon discovers that something or someone has been haunting the home for decades and harbors a disturbing family secret that she must uncover.

Kelly Goudie, Sarah Wynne Kordas and Lindsay Foster help make up the cast. Writer/director Anthony M. Winson’s classy creepfest THE BAYLOCK RESIDENCE premieres on DVD and Digital via Wild Eye Releasing on September 17, 2019. Will you be checking it out? Let us know below!

Again, I don't know about you guys, but the powers that be behind the scenes of THE BAYLOCK RESIDENCE had me all ready to roll by describing it as THE CONJURING meets DOWNTOWN ABBEY. Does the final film hold up to the promise of that pitch? I guess we'll find out later this month!
