Fast X: Scott Eastwood to reprise his role as Little Nobody for the upcoming sequel

Scott Eastwood is ready to get back behind the wheel for the Fast and Furious franchise. The actor will reprise his role as Little Nobody in Fast X, the next installment of the core Fast and Furious series of films. Eastwood appeared in The Fate of the Furious, the eighth chapter of the Fast saga released in 2017. Little Nobody is the alias of the right-hand man and assistant of Mr. Nobody (Kurt Russell), who helps Dominic Toretto and his crew locate Cipher (Charlize Theron).

Eastwood joins the growing cast of returning stars and newcomers for Fast X, including Jason Momoa, Brie Larson, and Alan Ritchson. The film also stars Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Sung Kang, Charlize Theron, Nathalie Emmanuel, Tyrese Gibson, Michael Rooker, Daniela Melchior, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, and Cardi B.

Louis Leterrier is directing Fast X, having replaced Justin Lin, who left the project shortly after production began. While no official statement has been made, rumors suggest Lin left the film after becoming fed up with Diesel’s on-set behavior. Despite his exit, Lin wrote the script for Fast X alongside Dan Mazeau. Meanwhile, Diesel, Neal Moritz, Lin, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Samantha Vincentare produce.

Plot details for Fast X have yet to be revealed, with many fans wondering how Diesel and his Fast family will wrap up the series. Will more characters be announced as filming continues? Will John Cena return to the franchise too? The Fast and Furious franchise has always had a “go big or go home” attitude, and I would not be surprised if they pull out all the stops for the final films in the series.

Eastwood was last seen in the Amazon comedy I Want You Back with Charlie Day and Jenny Slate. In the film, newly-dumped thirty-somethings Peter (Day) and Emma (Slate) team up to sabotage their exes’ new relationships and win them back.
