Fangoria got news from writer/director Alan Rowe that his planned short film THE BLOOD SHED has turned into a feature length project. It was originally scheduled to be one of three segments in horror anthology HUNG BY A THREAD, but according to Rowe, The cast/crew were itching for it to grow into something more than a 35-minute piece. We just couldn’t help ourselves!
They plan to have the film ready for festivals by September, and hope they’ll be able to bring in Debbie Rochon for a cameo. The concept is familiar, but fun, territory – A family of deranged backwoods hillbillies torture and murder men, women and children alike.
This sort of project usually hinges on fun and gore. As you can see from the pic top right, the red stuff will be delivered. Click here to read all the project specs and see a few more pics. Or look at the pic of Debbie Rochon below and hope the filmmakers are able to lasso her hotness.
