You see Eric Heisserer, the film’s writer, recently took to Twitter to talk a little bit about his upcoming film. Now we don’t get much of an update here but it is nice to see Heisserer talking about the project. Scope out his FINAL DESTINATION 5-related ‘tweets:’
“Saw a cut of #FD5 last week. You guys are gonna love the deaths. Esp the lasik sequence.”
“There is a LOT of character development in the FD5 script. Unsure how much will survive editing. Fingers crossed.”
“No more on #FD5 for now. Sometimes you just gotta wait.”
See what I mean? Not much of an update but still nice to know. So do you guys think Heisserer is just saying this stuff because he wrote this joint or is he speaking the truth? Only time will tell I suppose.
FINAL DESTINATION 5 follows a man who saves a group of people from an accident involving a suspension bridge. Unsurprisingly, this group of unsuspecting souls were never supposed to survive, and, in a terrifying race against time, the ill-fated group frantically tries to discover a way to escape Death’s sinister agenda.
