White House Down

A couple of days ago an extended trailer for Roland Emmerich's WHITE HOUSE DOWN hit the web and today the first clip from the film has been released on Yahoo! Movies. The clip is from the same scene that has been shown in the trailers of Jamie Foxx wielding a rocket launcher and Channing Tatum yelling instructions to President Foxx.

The stuff coming out for WHITE HOUSE DOWN has looked pretty good so far and although I don't care for many of Emmerich's films I can't deny that when he's at the top of his game he can direct a very fun popcorn film. If you go into this movie expecting anything more you'll probably be disappointed but if you're in the mood for some funny back and forth between Foxx and Tatum while Washington D.C. get pummeled by terrorists, WHITE HOUSE DOWN should deliver.

Also starring Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jason Clarke, Richard Jenkins, and James Woods, WHITE HOUSE DOWN will be in theaters on June 28th, 2013.
