First Diary images!

Today those wacky folks over at DreadCentral unveiled the first images from George Romero’s follow-up to last year’s LAND OF THE DEAD entitled DIARY OF THE DEAD. Courtesy of photographer Steve Wilkie, the images don’t show much as of yet, although the good news is that whatever ailment Romero had a while back looks to have cleared up (judging from the one photo of him, at least).

Currently shooting in and around the Toronto area (sorry about that, Pittsburgh fans), DIARY is expected sometime in 2008. To view the photos, head on over here, or for those itching to see some production blogs (well, one of them), head to the film’s MySpace page.
