Although THE LONE RANGER was only released three years ago, it feels as though we've been without Gore Verbinski for far too long. Verbinski's bloated action/western certainly had its moments, but due to a series of production setbacks, not to mention the dismal box-office and critical thrashing it received, THE LONE RANGER wound up losing Disney quite a chunk of change. Thankfully that little bump in the road didn't put Verbinski out of commission for long as he's set to return with A CURE FOR WELLNESS. A poster dropped this morning and now we're finally able to set our eyes on the first trailer for Verbinski's latest. Let's give it a watch!

Well shit, that certainly looks impressive, and creepy to boot. Count me in. Starring Dane DeHaan, Jason Isaacs and Mia Goth, A CURE FOR WELLNESS follows an ambitious young executive who is sent to retrieve his company’s CEO from an idyllic but mysterious “wellness center” at a remote location in the Swiss Alps. He soon begins to suspect that the spa’s miraculous treatments are not all they seem, but when he begins to unravel its terrifying secrets, his sanity is tested as he finds himself diagnosed with the same curious illness that keeps all the guests here longing for the cure.
A CURE FOR WELLNESS hits theaters on February 17, 2017.
