Universal’s THE THING is officially less than a month away, so here come the TV spots. The first one, titled “Not Dead”, is basically a shorter version of the theatrical trailer, meaning we don’t see much in the way of new imagery. Still, the movie is making a convincing case for itself…

In the thriller The Thing, paranoia spreads like an epidemic among a group of researchers as they’re infected, one by one, by a mystery from another planet.
Starring Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Joel Edgerton, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ulrich Thomsen and Eric Christian Olsen, THE THING opens on OCTOBER 14th.
