No self-respecting slasher fan can say no to killer-on-campus genre flicks. With copious amounts of nubile young ladies as well as meat-headed jocks, the possibilities for promising situations are endless! One of my favorite settings, of course, is the sorority/frat house. What better setting for all forms of deviant behavior? From THE HOUSE ON SORORITY ROW to SORORITY HOUSE MASSACRE, the fun, the carnage, and the boobies just don’t stop!
Hence, I’m pleased to bring more info on the upcoming indie slasher THE FRAT HOUSE MASSACRE. It looks like some of us may get the chance to catch this college student stalker on the big screen! The flick will be having a “Summer Screening Series” across the U.S. You can catch it in San Francisco on June 6th and 15th, Seattle on June 12th, and Chicago on July 11th. Now take a stab at the whacked-out synopsis: Set in the 1979 and inspired by actual events, FRAT HOUSE MASSACRE is an outrageous and disturbing journey through the twisted world of frat boys, pledges and the not so innocent sorority sisters swept up in their madness. Shot entirely on film and set against the backdrop of cocaine fueled sex, a pounding disco beat and unflinching carnage.
So, would you pledge this one? I do believe I would. It was directed by Alex Pucci from a script by Draven Gonzalez. The cast is composed of Rane Jameson, Chris Prangley, Jon Fleming, Niki Notarile (below), Ryan Ross, Lisa DiCicco, and Adam Simon.
