We told you the other day about Sideshow Collectibles‘ new 12-inch figure of Freddy Krueger based on NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. PART 3, and that more info on the figure would be released today regarding just what you’re getting. Well, those at Comic-Con, that is.

Set at 1500 pieces at the low price of $44.99, Dream Warriors Freddy showcases Freddy doing that soul revealing thang he did so well. That’s not the only thing he does. This is Sideshow, after all. Freddy comes prepped with a new head sculpt, fully articulated body with 30+ points of ’em, detailed striped sweater and pants, the ‘chest of souls’, interchangeable hands including Freddy’s gloved hand and regular crispy left, along with a set of syringe hands (what a rush…), his hat, a crucifix, Freddy’s burned remains and a 12″ display stand with a print of the Dream Warriors logo.

Whew! That’s quite a lot for a price like that. Then again, it is available at Comic-Con

    only

for the time being, and if Sideshow does decide to release it again, don’t expect all of the cool extras to make the trip. Those who’ve signed up for Sideshow’s newsletter can pre-order immediately, whereas the rest of us have to wait until tomorrow. Plus, you still have to be at Comic-Con to pick him up. There’s always a catch…
