We’ve kept you up to date with French serial killer flick IN THE SHADOW for a while now, with the last update coming in March. That update gave us a new poster and teaser trailer for the flick. Well folks, today I’ve got the same exact thing for you!
A brand new one-sheet for IN THE SHADOW popped up on the net today along with a brand new teaser trailer. The poster, found below, is awesomely subtle and sports the tagline “The horror film that scares the horror filmmakers.” Now considering the French have been hitting home runs recently when it comes to genre flicks, I think I just might believe that.
If the new teaser trailer is any indiciation of what the flick’s going to be like, I can tell you this guy will certainly be a little tweeked! The teaser, which only runs about thirty seconds, can be found below or over in our videos section.
So as to gather pieces of evidence for their doctorate thesis, three criminology students go with a camera to the place where a notorious serial killer performed his murderous deeds. But they are about to realize that entering such a sanctuary does not come without consequences.
IN THE SHADOW comes from director Paul Ozcan and stars Maximilien Poullein, Jordan Jones and Emmanuelle Coutellier. Plans are to release the flick later this year, though a US release might be a little further off. As always be sure to keep it here for updates as we hear them!
