Back at the end of February Alex hit you all with the news that Brian Michael Bendis’ graphic novel POWERS would be heading to the small screen via FX. Now while POWERS doesn’t exactly scream the genre we do have some hope for this one.
Today it looks like the series is close to securing it’s first cast member! According to Variety “Friday Night Lights” star Kyle Chandler is circling the project, recently taking meetings with FX execs. Mind you Chandler is just weighing the opportunity, he’s far from a done deal.
POWERS follows detectives in a homicide department devoted to cases that involve people with super-powers.
