A little over a week ago I gave you all an update on some cast for RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE and what characters we’ll be seeing. Well today we’ve got even more cast as well as an official synopsis!
It’s already been reported that Milla Jovovich (below), Ali Larter and Spencer Locke will be returning as ‘Alice.’ ‘Claire Redfield’ and ‘KMart’ respectively. We also know that new cast members include Wentworth Miller as ‘Chris Redfield,’ Shawn Roberts as ‘Albert Wesker,’ Boris Kodjoe and Kim Coates. Joining this jam packed cast will be Norman Yeung and Kacey Barnfield. As for the synopsis… Here you go:
In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, ALICE (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.
The film comes from Paul W.S. Anderson, of course. And it’ll be in 3-D, of course. Now I enjoy all three of the RESIDENT EVIL films… but I didn’t ‘love’ any of them.
