I have to admit, I liked FREDDY VS JASON. It by no means was a groundbreaking film, but it was fun. I mean who doesn’t enjoy 2 of the greatest icons of horror come face to face in a 2 hour battle over the lives of teens! Anyway, it’s been 4 years since that film was released and now New Line may want to revitalize the spin-off with a sequel.
According to Bloody Disgusting, New Line has reintroduced the idea of the FREDDY VS JASON sequel now that MTV, Paramount and New Line have partnered for the FRIDAY THE 13TH remake.
Right now with the Writer’s strike slapping Hollywood in the face, theres no chance in telling whether or not this film will happen anytime soon. But it’s good to know that the company wants to make the film.
