Crazy ol’ Wesley Snipes has kicked ass on planes (PASSENGER 57), kicked ass alongside Sean Connery (RISING SUN), and has kicked a lot of vampire ass (the BLADE series), and now he’s kicking zombie cowboy ass in his latest (and final???) flick GALLOWWALKER. Yes, you read that correctly… it’s a zombie western starring Snipes as the ultimate zombie bounty hunter!
After checking out the trailer below, you might also want to call this BLADE: THE WESTERN, as Snipes is essentially playing the same bad ass dude, but instead of hunting vampires he’s hunting zombies that he’s already killed once before. Cause that’s the problem with zombies, see, they don’t stay dead!
Directed by Andrew Goth, the flick goes a little something like this: A gunman knows too well the ways of vengeance. Fast and furious, he has killed every man who crossed him. But his gift with a gun comes with a curse. All those who die by his hand will return. Enter the world of gallowwalker, where vengeance lives forever.
Now ain’t that a bitch? You’re a gunman who can’t really KILL anybody because if you do, they’ll come back as zombies and you’ll have to do it all over again! But really, what it comes down to, is that it’s a western/zombie/horror flick starring PASSENGER 57 himself, and that’s pretty much all you need to know!
