Shout! Factory will release GAMERA VS. ZIGRA and GAMERA: THE SUPER MONSTER as a double feature DVD on March 15th. The cover art can be seen below. The films will be presented in newly restored anamorphic widescreen transfers with English dubs. Publicity galleries will also be included.

GAMERA VS. ZIGRA (1971) stars Kôji Fujiyama, Daigo Inoue, and Reiko Kasahara. In the film, Space aliens arrive on Earth with their giant shark and intend to take over the planet but they must first destroy Gamera.

GAMERA: THE SUPER MONSTER (1980) stars Mach Fumiake, Yaeko Kojima and Yoko Komatsu. The film deals with alien forces sending all the monsters Gamera has faced in one final battle to rid the planet of its last hope.

Both movies are written by Nisan Takahashi and directed by Noriaki Yuasa. They are the final two pictures in the original GAMERA franchse, with the folks at Shout! having teamed with Kadokawa Pictures to release the entire series on DVD.
