If your like me, this is the first your hearing of GIVE ‘EM HELL. And if your like me, the movie has instantly shot up your most anticipated list! MALONE seems like all kinds of awesome classic action shite crammed into one movie and I’m definitely down! It’s directed by Mulcahy with a script from Mark Hosack. Here’s the synopsis:
A tough as nails private investigator (Malone) squares off with gangsters and their thugs to protect a valuable secret. Malone goes through hell to protect the information but he dishes some hell as well…
Awesome. MALONE seems like it’s going to be a new take on action flicks nowadays, not to say the current crop of action films aren’t enjoyable. They are, very much so, but I’m looking forward to seeing what MALONE brings to the table. Along with Jane, Rhames, and Pataky (below) the film also stars Devon Aoki, French Stewart, Doug Hutchison, and William Abadie. According to IMDB it’s pegged for a April 1, 2009 release date.
