There's something hiding in the shadows waiting to attack in Gregory Levasseur's THE PYRAMID, which arrives in theaters this Friday, December 5, and we're shining a light on it with the latest clip below which gives us a quick look at some kind of little beastie that will trouble a team of explorers inside the titular pyramid.

Yesterday brought us three new clips from the Alexandre Aja-produced horror film, and with the film arriving this weekend we've landed this latest clip from THE PYRAMID to share with ya. Are you wanting a look at the terrors that lie within THE PYRAMID? Look no further than this clip. I don't know what the hell that thing is (a monstrous rat creature?) but I wouldn't want to encounter it in the dark, that's for sure!

The film stars Ashley Hinshaw, "American Horror Story" regular Denis O’Hare, James Buckley, and Daniel Amerman.

The ancient wonders of the world have long cursed explorers who’ve dared to uncover their secrets. But a team of U.S. archaeologists gets more than they bargained for when they discover a lost pyramid unlike any other in the Egyptian desert. As they unlock the horrific secrets buried within, they realize they aren’t just trapped, they are being hunted.

Levasseur worked from a script by Daniel Meersand and Nick Simon.

Explore THE PYRAMID this Friday, December 5. Peep the new clip below.
