Ouuuuuuuch!

That’s the only reaction one could possibly have to this NSFW behind-the-scenes image from The Soska Sisters’ ABCs OF DEATH 2 segment. The picture, which displays a latex penis getting all twisted up, was posted to the ABCS OF DEATH’s official Facebook page yesterday, but was ultimately banned by the social media site. (Thanks to STYD for picking it up early!) In its place is now another image, this time showing us a prosthetic butt. Whatever the hell is going on in the Twisted Twins’ offering, it’s sure to make us all very uncomfortable.

Here’s a statement from the ABCS OF DEATH team regarding the banned picture:

We’re very happy to have tWIStED tWINS PRODUCtIONS (Jen & Sylvia Soska) onboard the The ABCs of Death 2, though to be honest we’re finding it hard to find a behind-the-scenes still from their segment that doesn’t get banned from FB. We sure hope this shot of some pretty crack cleavage is ok with the moral guardians out there.

Well, thanks to the miracle of “Save As…”, this disturbing pic is on the internet for life. Maybe that’s a mixed blessing…
