While there are no details on features or specifications, Disney and Marvel have set the release date for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY on Blu-ray and DVD for December 9th! That means in just over two months you can bring home the top grossing film of the year and one of the best Marvel movies to date!.

There are currently three listings for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY including DVD, Blu-ray, and the multi-format/3D version. All three can be pre-ordered by clicking here. The price point is currently between $18.99 and $24.99, depending on format.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY surprised audiences everywhere by not just being a good movie but also a very well-rounded adventure movie, the likes of which we have not seen from a studio in some time. With GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 2 already in the works, you can enjoy what I can only imagine will be a good deal of behind the scenes features from director James Gunn.

Remember, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY will hit Blu-ray and DVD on December 9th. Once specs and features are unveiled, we will let you know.
