Last year, genre filmmaker Guillermo del Toro took to his Twitter account to heap praise on the M. Night Shyamalan-produced series Servant, and one of its cast members in particular. Del Toro said, “I enjoyed Servant completely. Late to the party, but- this is a beautifully crafted, elegant show. Rupert Grint almost steals it, for me”… and now Deadline is reporting that del Toro and Grint are going to be working together, as Grint has signed on to join the cast of the Netflix anthology series Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities.
Created and executive produced by del Toro, Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities is also being executive produced by J. Miles Dale, who serves as co-showrunner with del Toro, and Gary Ungar. Regina Corrado is the co-executive producer.
