The boys at Dread Central got ahold of the artwork for the new HALLOWEEN: 25 Years of Terror DVD we reported on last week, as well as some clarification on the extras.
For those who don’t know, Anchor Bay are currently preparing the DVD which originated from the fan-organized Halloween Returns To Haddonfield 25th Anniversary Convention that took place a couple months back. Clocking in with an 84-minute documentary narrated by P.J. Soles (Lynda from the first film), the 2-disc set will also include:
- Extended celebrity interviews
- interviews from more than 80 filmmakers and actors
- extended interviews from HALLOWEEN 2 and 3
- on-set footage from HALLOWEEN 5
- convention montage and behind-the-scenes gallery
- ‘Horror’s Hallowed Grounds’ and ‘Fans of HALLOWEEN’ featurettes
- convention panel discussion footage on the HALLOWEEN films, featuring star Ellie Cornell and cinematographer Dean Cundey
- location still and original artwork galleries
As an added bonus, those of you attending Fangoria’s Weekend of Horrors this weekend can catch clips from the documentary as well as hear more about the project itself from panelists Alan Howarth, Gloria Gifford, Cliff Emmich, Brian Andrews and Anthony Masi. Very cool, indeed! Perhaps now we’ll finally get to see what went right with a lot of the films, and what went wrong (I’m talking about you, PART 6!). Click here for the artwork.
