Haims out of Tribe

This week has been a wild ride for Corey Haims and his longing to be in THE LOST BOYS 2: THE TRIBE. Mostly dealing with issues of leaving the country to do the filming (i.e., he hasn’t been able to get through immigration), speculation rose that Warner Bros were trying their hardest to pull strings and smuggle him into Canada, where THE TRIBE is filming in Vancouver, BC (check out the story HERE).

STYD got word from a reliable source today, and it appears that Haims has been booted from THE TRIBE. He’s officially out of the sequel. The other Corey, senior Feldman, is still reprising his role as one of the Frog bros., but the emotional rollercoaster that Haims has been through to star in LOST BOYS 2 has come to a horrorific end. For him, and for us… because just seeing this wacko on the big screen would have made them doing a sequel after all these years totally worth it.
