Anne Hathaway recently chatted up her small role in Tim Burton’s ALICE IN WONDERLAND with MTV the other day, describing her character and revealing that her role has very little screen time.
Hathaway plays the White Queen (opposite Helen Bonham Carter’s Red Queen), and according to Hathaway, A friend of mine just gave me a magnet that was a bunny rabbit holding a knife. It said ‘Cute but psycho, it evens out.’ And that’s kind of my character as the White Queen.
Cute by psycho. I can dig it. She also talked about what it was like to film some scenes with the legendary Johnny Depp, and if you think big stars don’t geek-out over even bigger stars, then you’re dead wrong–because they do.
