Fresh off landing a distro-deal for his new movie HERE COMES THE DEVIL (through Magnet), Mexican filmmaker Adrian Garcia Bogliano (seen right) has already lined up a new genre flick to direct. Screen Daily has Bogliano set to helm the killer-dog flick LATE PHASES for Dark Sky Films and Site B.

Written by Eric Stolze:

Late Phases centers on a blind war veteran who moves to a community under attack from what appear to vicious dogs.

Vicious dogs laying waste to small community? F*ck yeah!

About the new endeavor, Dark Sky’s evp Greg Newman had this to say:

“Adrian’s vision has proven to be a repeated success while Zak’s creative voice and outstanding work has convinced us that his taste in film development aligns with our own…We’re confident that this partnership will make Late Phases another audience favorite.”

LATE PHASES enters production sometime in 2013.
