High DVD F’d Up

Got an email from an irrate reader today that made my eyebrows go up- way up! It looks as though the DVD release of HIGH TENSION is just a titch f*cked up.

The reports are, and I can’t confirm because I have yet to snag my copy of it yet, that the English subtitles don’t match all the dialogue- mostly instances of words popping up when no one is talking and that type of thing. Can’t really say it’d bother me much, but it does seem a bit odd to have words pop up on screen without a word uttered.

So bear that in mind when you’re lookin’ to shell out the dough for this DVD- if this is the kind of thing to drive ya batty, you might want to wait for the re-release!
