AITH Horror Videos of the Week: Jovovich, Creepypasta, and Phone Call Horror

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

The weekend is about to begin, and we're leading into it the same way we do every Friday – by gathering the latest additions to our JoBlo Horror YouTube channel (check it out and subscribe HERE) together in one place. It's the AITH HORROR VIDEOS OF THE WEEK!

This week we took a look at the team of Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson with an episode of DEADLY DUOS, warned about The Man in Blue with a new entry in the TALES FROM CREEPYPASTA series, and dug into some of horror's scariest phone calls for SCARY STUDIES. All of these videos can be seen below.

MILLA JOVOVICH + PAUL W.S. ANDERSON – Deadly Duos

In this latest edition of Deadly Duos, we take a peek at one of horror’s most profitable pairs. From slaying zombies ( in no less than 6 Resident Evil movies together) to saying ‘I do’, this duo has been at it for decades. We take an in dept look at the badass pair that is Milla Jovovich and Paul W.S. Anderson on Deadly Duos!

Deadly Duos is Arrow in the Head’s series dedicated to featuring the iconic pairings of filmmakers who have worked together multiple times in horror films. Actors and directors, producers and composers, no matter the role or the era, every episode is a journey through the most beloved and classic (as well as obscure and forgotten) pairings that have made for the most memorable films in horror history.

THE MAN IN BLUE – Tales From Creepypasta

Synopsis: "A young boy is warned by his older brother to watch out for the mysterious man in blue before he disappears."

Creepypastas are the campfire tales of the internet. Horror stories spread through forums like reddit and blogs, rather than word of mouth. Whether you believe these scary stories to be true or not is left to your own discretion and imagination. Narrated and edited by Freaky Attractions.

PHONE CALL HORROR- Scary Studies

Written and narrated by Cody Meirick, director of the documentary about Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Scary Studies aims to delve into the stories, the films, and the meanings behind the scary stories we tell ourselves.

A mysterious phone call is a sinister device used in many scary stories and movies. Looking at a true real life murder case, as well as films such as Black Christmas, Scream, and When a Stranger Calls, we examine the infamous "killer is upstairs" or babysitter urban legend.
