Final Antlers trailer is scary in its own right

Producer Guillermo del Toro's upcoming horror-thriller ANTLERS is near the top of my must-see list. I've read the short story that inspired the film (and you can too right HERE) and I can't wait to see how the filmmakers bring the creepy images to the screen. And today we have a tease of what's to come via a final trailer which you can check out above.

After that make sure to let us know what you think thus far!

ANTLERS stars Keri Russell (STAR WARS: EPISODE IX), Jesse Plemons (FARGO), Jeremy T. Thomas (LORE), Graham Greene (WIND RIVER), Scott Haze (VENOM), Rory Cochrane (WHITE BOY RICK) and Amy Madigan (FIELD OF DREAMS) and centers on:

A small-town Oregon teacher (Keri Russell) and her brother (Jesse Plemons), the local sheriff, become entwined with a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.

Directed by Scott Cooper (BLACK MASS), the film is written by Henry Chaisson (OPEN 24 HOURS) & Nick Antosca (CHANNEL ZERO) with revisions by Scott Cooper. The film’s producers are Guillermo del Toro (THE SHAPE OF WATER), J. Miles Dale (THE SHAPE OF WATER), David S. Goyer (BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE), and Kevin Turen (99 HOMES) serving as executive producer. It hits theaters on April 17, 2020.

Again, I've read the short story and I have to say that the only aspect of the tale that rubbed me the wrong way was that it was too damn SHORT. Thank God, Del Toro and company felt the same way, am I right? Read the short story, then make sure to come back and tell me what you thought.
