The action-thriller TRANSIT is currently shooting in Louisiana under the direction of Antonio Negret, and the website Scene has nabbed a few early stills from the flick, which you can see above and below. Nothing too exceptional, although at least we know Diora Baird will be running in at least one sequence, which equals jiggling…

Also in these pics: Jim Caviezel, Elizabeth Rohm and Sterling Knight as the family being harassed by a team of criminals, lead by James Frain, who can be seen wielding a machete in one picture.

TRANSIT focuses on what happens when thieves on the run from a bank robbery come across a suburban family on its way to a camping trip. When the criminals stash their stolen money in the family’s SUV at a rest stop, the road trippers unwittingly draw the murderous band of outlaws on their trail. What the criminals don’t know is that they aren’t the only criminals: Nate has just been released from prison.

TRANSIT, which is being made by After Dark Films, will release sometime late next year.
