The French Riddick poster bares bad weather…

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Starting the day off with a simple, albeit effective bit of RIDDICK news. Everyone’s favorite intergalactic anti-hero has gotten his first French one-sheet and, I gotta say, it’s pretty neat.

The design is nothing that mind-blowing, but the simple ingredients of the poster add up to an intriguing premise: Riddick on a far-flung world, baring harsh conditions while clinging to his blade like a badass. That’s all we ever wanted from a one-sheet for this film, right?

RIDDICK is once again being directed by sci-fi legend David Twohy. Vin Diesel returns as the titular character and is joined by Karl Urban, Dave Bautista, Bokeem Woobdine and Katee Sackhoff. No U.S. release date has yet been announced, though it hits Russia in September and Belgium/The Netherlands in November. Until that announcement comes, enjoy the poster (and a brief synopsis) below.

Betrayed by his own kind and left for dead on a desolate planet, Riddick fights for survival against alien predators and becomes more powerful and dangerous than ever before…
