Trailer for Alastair Orr’s creature feature Indigenous

There’s a little found-footage creature feature by the name of INDIGENOUS making its way to the Midnight section of the upcoming Tribeca Film Festival this year and we’ve got a trailer right here that puts the monster—a blood-sucking Chupacabra—on display. This movie looks awesome. If you can look past the fact that this is yet another found-footage flick then I think you're really going to like what you see. The trailer offers a couple of very brief shots of its monster and it looks like something that crawled straight out of a nightmare. These unlucky bastards can have their exotic paradise, I'm totally cool in here with the lights on.

Here's what it's about but all you really need to know is that a gnarly man-eating monster is snacking on a bunch of kids in the jungle…

A group of five American friends on the cusp of adulthood travel to Panama to relax and reconnect. They befriend a local woman in their hotel bar—and despite some ominous whispers—she goes against the specific instructions of her brother and brings the Americans on a day trip into the pristine falls at the nearby jungle. What begins as an innocent outing to a picturesque waterfall quickly turns terrifying after she suddenly goes missing. As night closes in, the friends realize too late the truth behind the rumors—the legendary, blood-sucking Chupacabra is now stalking them.

INDIGENOUS stars Zachary Soetenga, Lindsey McKeon, Pierson Fode, Sofia Pernas, Laura Penuela, Juanxo Villaverde. Dig on the trailer below!
