Cleopatra Entertainment and director Jared Cohn's DEVIL'S REVENGE (pre-order HERE) not only stars STAR TREK lead William Shatner but also comes to us from a script co-penned by the man as well. The film will be hitting VOD platforms, DVD, and Blu-ray next month, and today we have the trailer and poster to share with you guys. Shatner's co-stars include Jeri Ryan (Star Trek: Picard, Star Trek: Voyager), and Jason Brooks (STAR TREK). In the film:

a down-on-his-luck archaeologist returns from a cave expedition that contains a cursed relic that’s also a portal to Hell. He discovers that the only way to stop the curse on his family is to go back to the cave and destroy the relic.

Now I don't know about you guys but this looks like it could be a fun flick. Sure, it could be absolutely dreadful, but even if that ends up being the case, at least it will make for a fun time with a couple of friends in a MYSTERY SCIENCE THEATER 300 type of gettogether. Jared Cohn directs DEVIL'S REVENGE from a screenplay written by Shatner and Maurice Hurley (Star Trek: The Next Generation). Brian Perera serves as the film's executive producer alongside Yvonne Perera. Tim Yasui and Cohn co-produce. DEVIL’S REVENGE will premiere theatrically at the Grand Gerard Theater in Toronto and on VOD platforms on October 1st and will then be followed by a DVD and Blu-ray release on October 22, 2019.
