Under the Dome's Natalie Martinez to be a victim of Home Invasion

Back in April we told you about an upcoming film titled HOME INVASION, a microbudgeted thriller coming to us from executive producer Joel Silver and and Voltage Pictures that is written by first-time scribe and co-producer Joseph Dembner and is to be helmed by rookie director Sean Carter. Our first bit of casting news came in late July when Disney Channel star Bella Thorne joined the film and now we have learned that "Under the Dome" star Natalie Martinez has come onboard the project, landing one of the lead roles according to The Hollywood Reporter.

HOME INVASION focuses on a family imprisoned in their own home by intruders who play a life-and-death game in which the mysterious rules become clear as the night unfolds.

Martinez will play Thorne’s strong-willed stepmother, who is determined to keep her new family intact as the night’s horrific events unfold.

The film is set to go in production later this fall.
