Ving Rhames and Val Kilmer trapped in a ghastly torrent? F*ckin’ brilliant!

Variety has it that the two Vs (Val and Ving) will join Luke Goss and Rebecca De Costa in the indie supernatural storm thriller SEVEN BELOW. Shooting is expected to start next month in Cincinnati, after plans to shoot in New Mexico earlier this year were scrapped for financial reasons.

SEVEN BELOW centers on a group of strangers brought together when a terrible storm leaves them stranded in a house in the woods where a terrible event transpired exactly 100 years prior. The group seems trapped in a ghostly time warp, and history is repeating itself.

Sounds like a f*cked up combo of “The Twilight Zone,” “Gilligan’s Island,” IDENTITY and TRIANGLE. Definitely something I can wholeheartedly embrace!

You may recall Rhames is set to appear in PIRANHA 3DD this November. As per usual, the dude has an additional 5-10 projects in the works. Same goes for Kilmer, who will be seen in Francis Ford Coppola’s now titled horror flick TWIXT this October.

Luke Goss also has a busy slate, with about 8 films in various stages of production. Da Costa (seen below) on the other hand is a relative newbie, having appeared in TRICK OF THE WITCH last year. She currently has another 3 movies in the works.

So, what do you say. Is there an actor among the bunch you’d like to see survive SEVEN BELOW? Is there one you’d like to see succumb to the storm?
