Oh hell yeah, is all I have to say regarding this next slice o’ tasty trash. Prepare yourselves for THE KENTUCKY HORROR SHOW! I actually heard it was once called “Kentucky Fried Horror”, but the colonel got pissed and made ’em change it. Anyway, this one is shaping up to be quite the Grindhouse experience, at least that is what its tagline promises: “Putting the Grind Back in Grindhouse.” And yes, I love the poster above.
Now, a brand new teaser trailer has been added to its official site and I have to say it is F*CKING FANTASTIC. How could you not love a teaser that shows a hot blonde stripping down to her white bra and panties? And you won’t believe what she’s stripping down for! Please check it out here. A group of students on their first road trip become stranded in the deep south, and seek help from a country church. Their discovery turns deadly as they find themselves the main ingredient in a psychotic and deeply twisted religious cult’s sadistic mass. It’s a race against time – and the Devil, as one by one they are hunted in a deadly game of cat and mouse. It’s up to a local Sheriff and a burnt out FBI agent to save them before it’s too late.
The flick was written and directed by C.L. Gregory and stars genre legend Brad Dourif, Alex Vincent (Andy from CHILD’S PLAY), Scarlett Pomers, Mary Catro (1st below), and Rachael Robbins (2nd below). There’s no official release date yet, but I bet we’ll get one soon! Ya’ll come back now, ya here!
