Liam Neeson is back as Bryan Mills, the man with a “particular set of skills” in the first trailer for TAKEN 2.  Co-starring Famke Janssen, Maggie Grace, and Rade Serbedzija (as the main villain), the pic is directed by Olivier Megaton (COLUMBIANA) and features yet another fun-filled adventure for the Mills family, while vacationing in Istanbul.

Watch Liam do what he does best:

This has all the ingredients of a high-concept sequel and I’m totally down.  TAKEN was a runaway success and transitioned Neeson from his dramatic roles into that of an uber bad ass, which seems to suit him well.  I know some people are a little nervous about Megaton directing the film, but this trailer looks like he did all right.

TAKEN 2 hits theaters on October 5, 2012.
