If you watch “Saturday Night Live” you will most likely know the name Kristen Wiig. But even if you haven’t, you may have seen her in such films as KNOCKED UP or UNACCOMPANIED MINORS. She has the tough task of playing Dewey Cox first wife in WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY and she makes it sound so darn sweet when she tells her hubby that her dreams will never come true.
Sitting down with Kristen at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, I found her to be a very charming lady. With her work on SNL and her recent Judd Apatow films, she seems to be coming up in the world. And like I said, nobody can make it sound as sweet as she does when she tells Dewey that he’s a failure. She is damn good in WALK HARD, and you’ll have your chance to check her out this Friday, when it opens at a theatre near you.
