Interview: Lockout star Maggie Grace

JoBloJoBlo

First off, Maggie Grace is so damn beautiful and extremely charming whenever she takes on a role. Whether it was her work on “Lost” or in films like TAKEN and her latest LOCKOUT, she has a certain warmth and charisma on screen. And frankly, she also happens to be amazingly sweet and really funny in person as well… also equally gorgeous if not more so.

When I first walked in the door to talk with the actress, she asked if I was doing the other junkets at the hotel. Sadly, we didn’t cover THE LUCKY ONE with Zac Efron. Yet I went on to explain my love for the Zac to which she added that he looked a little like the star of Franco Zeffirelli’s ROMEO AND JULIET. We did however talk about her latest action adventure LOCKOUT and what it was like wearing ridiculous spacesuits and working with the extremely talented Guy Pearce. Then all too sudden our time together came to a close and we had to say goodbye… ah well, “Parting is such sweet sorrow…”

LOCKOUT opens this Friday at a theatre near you!

“This film reminds me of the late 80s, early 90s action movies that I loved so much growing up…unabashedly a fun ride.”
