Sitting across from Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Jonah Hill and Richard Ayoade was not quite the experience I thought it would be. The stars of the new action/horror/comedy THE WATCH began our conversation about shoes, this led to my shoes. Later on we talked about the R-rating, the f-word, green liquid and Devon Sawa – who happens to be one of the coolest guys around.
When you put a group of guys together who have a connection like these four talented actors do, there is always a lot of talk amongst them. However in this particular interview, Richard didn’t say a word. In THE WATCH, the four men create a neighborhood watch which finds them going after much more than they bargained for… a sex orgy. Oh yeah, there are also aliens involved and a little bit of bloodshed with lots of rude and crude humor courtesy of screenwriters Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Jared Stern, directed by Akiva Schaffer.
