Interviews: From stars Harold Perrineau and Julia Doyle discuss the new season of the horror series

The new season of From brings the horror series one season closer to the end with the recent announcement that the fifth season will be the last. Introducing audiences to the mysterious Township from which no one can escape, From has added more mystery and twists with each new season, deepening the mythology to levels only seen in shows like Lost or The X-Files.

In season four, From adds new characters to the ensemble as the denizens of The Township begin to learn the real reason they are all stuck and what the demonic entities that come out at night truly want from them. With legacy characters discovering more about their past and the evil Man in the Yellow Suit enacting a diabolical plan, From has never been scarier or better than it is this season.

I recently spoke with two of the stars of From about the series and their roles. Harold Perrineau, who has led the cast since the first episode, discussed the new additions to the cast and whether he knows what the series’ endgame will be. New cast member Julia Doyle discussed the massive twist involving her character in the first episode and whether she knew what was coming when she signed on for the role. Check out both interviews in the embed above.

From debuts new episodes Sundays on MGM+.
