It Follows actor Daniel Zovatto joins Fede Alvarez’s A Man in the Dark

Daneil Zovatto, who was most recently seen alongside Maika Monroe in the cult hit IT FOLLOWS, is set to star in EVIL DEAD director Fede Alvarez's upcoming thriller A MAN IN THE DARK, reports Deadline.

We last brought you word on Alvarez's A MAN IN THE DARK back in November of last year when Sony Pictures had picked up worldwide distribution rights to the film. The film reunites Alvarez with producers Sam Raimi and Rob Tapert of Ghosthouse, who also produced Alvarez’s 2013 remake of Raimi’s seminal horror film EVIL DEAD.

Here's what we know about A MAN IN THE DARK:

Three teens who get away with perfectly planned home robberies have set their sights on one last payout that will get them out of crime forever. Their target: a reclusive blind man with millions of dollars in hiding. But as soon as they break into his home, the tables are turned and they find themselves trapped and fighting for survival against a psychopath with secrets of his own.

Zovatto will be playing Money, one of the three lead characters.
