The first gory clip for Kaare Andrews’ CABIN FEVER: PATIENT ZERO has infected the web and we’ve got every gooey second of it right here for you folks to take a bite out of!

It was only last month when we brought you the latest trailer for this third entry in the CABIN FEVER series, following a handful of stills, the artwork, and release date we brought you back in April. This one will be spreading a deadly, flesh-eating virus on VOD this June 26th before heading out to theaters on August 1st. Dig on the new clip, titled 'Cat Fight', below and try not to get any on you!

Here's a synopsis:

A group of friends planned the perfect vacation in the Caribbean, but when they head ashore to explore a remote island, their ultimate bachelor weekend devolves into their worst nightmare. After an ill-fated swim in contaminated water, they stumble upon a seemingly abandoned research facility where a deadly, flesh-eating virus has been unleashed.

Directed by Kaare Andrews (THE ABC'S OF DEATH) penned by Jake Wade Wall (THE HITCHER), the film stars Sean Astin (LORD OF THE RINGS Trilogy), Currie Graham, Ryan Donowho, Brando Eaton and Jillian Murray.
