Jaws pops

Not to be outdone by Sideshow and their license for JAWS, McFarlane Toys are set to release a collectible of their own.

What looks like a DVD case at first glance, this item is a movie poster in 3D (no, not JAWS 3-D). Part of McFarlane’s Pop Culture line of posters, this 8 1/2 x 12 3/4 by 2-inch ‘poster’ can either be hung on a wall or displayed on a tabletop using the retractable easelback. Obviously, the thing only works if you look at it straight on (unless you don’t mind seeing rods holding the bubbles and logo), but it’s still a cool collectible. And hey, it’ll probably be cheaper than ol’ Bruce.

Head on over to McFarlane’s website for more photos of the poster, which hits stores this August.
