Kate: Mary Elizabeth Winstead stars as assassin with 24 hours to live

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Entertainment Weekly has just debuted three new exclusive stills for Netflix's upcoming Mary Elizabeth-led action-thriller Kate, which you can check out at the bottom of the article!

Here's what Winstead had to say about the project:

Kate is a ruthless assassin who is on a job in Tokyo, and she gets poisoned…She finds out she has 24 hours to live before the poison kills her, so she sets out on a mission to find out who poisoned her and kill them before she dies. Along the way, she forges this bond with this teenage girl named Ani (Miku Martineau), and they end up taking on this mission together. It's a heartfelt, brutal, assassin story!

Meanwhile, Kate – directed by Cedric Nicolas-Troyan and also starring Woody Harrelson, Tadanobu Asano, Michiel Huisman, and Jun Kunimura – will hit Netflix this Fall.

So what do you guys think? Fans of Winstead? If so, gonna check this one out? Either way, sound off below!
