Keanu Reeves embraces carpe diem in new promo for Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077, Keanu Reeves, video game

Not long after Bloomberg published a report that CD Projekt Red will be moving into a mandatory crunch period leading up to the November release of the highly anticipated video game Cyberpunk 2077, Keanu Reeves has returned for another promo which demands that players seize the day.

"In 2077, what makes someone a criminal?" Reeves asks as the lo-fi beats of Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy" plays in the background. Then, after a flashy montage of futuristic cars, weaponry, and an intense stealth sequence, the John Wick actor answers, "Getting caught." He then continues to tease many of the features of the upcoming action role-playing game by informing players that "In Night City you can become anyone … anything. If your body can pay the price." Finally, Reeves has one more directive for his audience: "Seize the day. Then set it on fire."

Here's the game's official synopsis:

Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. You can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

Cyberpunk 2077 hits Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC on November 19th.
