Normally, if you were to talk about a movie what was “from the director of this year’s ONE MISSED CALL remake,” you’d probably be talking shit, as ONE MISSED CALL sucked donkey balls and anything made by the dude who put that together has to be crap. Right?
Normally, yes–I’d say you’d be right. But director Eric Valette may be redeeming himself with is follow up horror flick HYBRID–some new images were released today and so far… things are looking pretty damn good. Which is awesome, especially as I haven’t heard of this flick until today.
So what’s HYBRID all about? You’re gonna love this: a female mechanic in a Chicago police garage spends a night of terror with a hybrid car. How f*cking cool is that? And here they’ve been saying Hybrid cars are here to save the planet… and this one’s on a killing spree!
HYBRID stars Shannon Beckner, Oded Fehr, and Ryan Kennedy, and is based on a comic book of the same name. If these new stills tell us anything, it’s that we’re gonna be in for quite the ride! Chicks on motorcycles, killer cars in a parking garage… let’s hope Valette doesn’t screw this up!
