Can I get a ‘Hells yeah!’ for the fact that the
New Zealand horror-comedy BLACK SHEEP is getting a nationwide domestic
release. (Wow, nice job on that ‘Hells yeah’! )
BLACK SHEEP was shown at this year’s
Tribeca’s Film Festival , and was viewed by AITH’s Eric Walkuski.
(FUN ERIC FACT: He eats pebbles, which he than uses to help in digestion. Oh
wait, never mind; that’s ostriches. Eric has no fun facts.) And while he said it
may never hit the cult status of say
SHAUN OF THE DEAD, he did say it was a fun watch, so you can count me
in.
BLACK SHEEP follows
two brothers who own a farm, and whose local sheep inhabitants develop a taste
for human flesh. Hilarity and gore ensues. It’ll be hitting theatres June
22nd, and if you haven’t yet, make sure to check out the trailers below; you
won’t regret it.
