The Yellowjackets are coming home, and their story is nearing its end. Paramount+ has released a new trailer for the fourth and final season of the Emmy-nominated survival thriller, giving fans another preview of the show’s concluding chapter ahead of its November 20 premiere. Created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson, Yellowjackets follows a talented high school girls soccer team whose lives are changed forever when their plane crashes in the remote northern wilderness. Stranded far from civilization, the survivors descend from a complicated but thriving team into increasingly savage clans as they struggle to stay alive.
The series also follows the survivors nearly 25 years later, as they attempt to rebuild their lives while keeping the darkest secrets of their time in the wilderness buried. Blending survival drama, psychological horror, and coming-of-age storytelling, Yellowjackets has spent three seasons exploring the consequences of the crash and the disturbing choices made by those who survived it.
Now, with the fourth season bringing the series to an end, the story is heading toward its final chapter. Paramount+ describes the upcoming season as a savage homecoming, with the tagline “What doesn’t kill you follows you home.“

The returning cast includes Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci, Tawny Cypress, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Samantha Hanratty, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Warren Kole, Kevin Alves, Sarah Desjardins, Nia Sondaya, and Jenna Burgess.
Hilary Swank also stars in the final season, while June Squibb, Molly Ringwald, Elijah Wood, Devon Sawa, Sam Braun, and Dulé Hill are among the guest stars.
Yellowjackets is executive produced by creators Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson, who also serve as showrunners. Drew Comins of Creative Engine, Jonathan Lisco, Jeff W. Byrd, Sarah L.
