Looks like Val Kilmer is taking another shot at reinvigorating his bankability as a leading man. Variety reports that he will join Denzel Washington in Tony Scott’s DEJA VU. In the flick the two play FBI agents who get the opportunity to step back in time to stop a terrorist from blowing up a ferry.
Not to detract from using whatever means necessary to avoid a terrorist attack, but is stopping a ferry bombing really the best way to use time travel? What’s next? Travel back in time because you forgot to pick up milk from the grocery store. Where does it end!?
Clearly I’ve had too many donuts this morning and the sugar rush is kicking in. So I’ll just wrap this up with a hearty, Good luck Val!
