It looks like horror-movie harvester, Dimension Films, has picked up another genre flick that seems very appealing. The film is called KRISTI and is already being compared to both THE STRANGERS and LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT; not a bad combo if I do say so. I definitely am down with the current, albeit brief, plot synopsis. What do you guys think of it:

Yeah, that is definitely STRANGERS and LAST HOUSE material. I really like the idea of a deserted college campus, though. It’s been a while since I saw a good “campus killer” genre offering. The screenplay is from Tony Jaswinski (KILLING TIME, top right). Hopefully, I’ll be hearing some more info on KRISTI real soon, like: who exactly is this “Kristi” character? Victim? Killer? Heroine? I guess only time will tell.
